COVID 19 relief fund

I app**** for the Covid 19 relief from FNB since the future was a little unknown and I did not want to run the risk of getting a negative credit rating. As my situation was manageable, I manage to pay off the loan. I started this conversation with FNB to cancel the Covid relief as the funds were no longer needed and a settlement amount was to be given, Mon 2020/06/22, Petunia, call reference RR*** . I disputed the amount given to me and insisted that the credit agreement was sent to me; I managed to obtain the credit agreement through representative, Danelle, 10th July and she stated that a loan representative will contact me to explain. I did received emails from Joyce Lepele Re: ***QI. As far as the credit agreement was, this was for 3 months only and should not all funds be used, the surplus would be deducted from the principle debt. I confirmed with a consultant that managed to contact me that no more payments would be made from the relief fund from August onwards. Since then. on numerous occasions I informed FNB via *** that this needs to be resolved with no further responses except emails stating that this has been sent to the resolution centre. Another payment was deducted on the 4th August from the relief fund. Since no responses is given from FNB other than a lame email with a query number, I am resorting to lodging a complaint against FNB and the way they are handling this "relief fund".
