COVID 19 Relief fund

I have just finished a conversation with one of your very arrogant consultants, my husband is not receiving a salary at the end of the month due to Covid 19, which means all our financial obligations will fall on me, i called to try and do the right thing and find out how to get my credit card installment reduced, she advised me that this is not possible and should i not pay the full amount due i will be blacklisted. I need to follow the correct channels and apply for the Covid 19 relief fund, there are people who app**** for this a week ago and have not received a response, i have read through hundreds of comments on your FNB facebook page of people who just keep receiving automated responses, what is the point of following the correct channels if the correct channels are not working.
