COVID 19 RELIEF
utterly disappointed with their service!firstly i cant speak to anyone over the phone!then when i chat over the chat app, they dont know what is happening. i app**** for covid relief which was accepted and showing on my banking profile.this was for my vehicle finance! but my vehicle finance is now showing 2 months in arrear and they keep trying to debit my savings account and its is showing unpaid! one consultant advised that the funds need to be transferred into my wesbank account but this has not happened!i had a clean record for many years and now you guys are just *****ing up my name!!!!

05 Jun 2020, 17:05was called yesterday by someone from FNB stating that she has escalated the issue an d was going to call me back today...no one called me back... but i had a call from wesbank earlier and the lady said if wesbank has to sort out the covid 19 relief, it will only start from june, so what the hell is the application that was done with fnb for?its a simple issue of getting the funds transferred to from the covid 19 account to wesban****! can some please call me and give me answers!!!!!!

11 Jun 2020, 08:08one week later and no one has sorted my problem out!!! a simple issue of transferring money from my covid 19 fund to my wesbank account! does that take 3 weeks to sort out!!!my credit score is being affected and fnb doesnt give a ****!!
i am also having a problem in porting my cell number i have for almost 20 years to fnb connect. everytime i request a port , it is failing, fnb asks me to phone my previous provider , who tells me that there was not request for a port on their side. my previous provider wants a port reference or a port id number so they can follow up. why do i have to make the calls between my previous provider and FNB connect??
many family members have fnb accounts because of my referral. seriously thinking of moving my accounts to another bank!!
