Covid 19 relief deception FNB

I have used the app for the covid 19 relief on the 30th of March, received an sms on the 6th saying documents were sent to fnb credit life, received another sms on the 7th to say they were evaluating. A follow up was done with private wealth, a confused gent said I should call credit life. I did the process again using the app. Still no response!!! Extremely disgusted with FNB. ABSA is the way to go. I contacted them regarding my absa credit card, immediately got a response and the next day it had been finalized.
