Covid 19 Relief - Credit Card

Good Day

In May 2020 I app**** for Covid 19 Relief for my credit card of which it was honored. I have now found employment and apparently I was in arrears I did do a transfer but I still get phone calls from FNB Collections This must be corrected as its influencing my ability to get loans etc again specially through you guys.

I have tried emailing you guys and contacting the call centre but to no avail . How must I pay this thing off you guys were supposed to debit my credit card or Savings so that I can pay it off quickly of which was never done for Oct and Nov 20

Please advise personally
