COVID 19 Relief Cash Flow a way to suck more money out of your pocket

I regret taking the COVID19 Cash Flow Relief, but then I had no choice. Yesterday and today been getting automated calls from FNB that my loan accounts are in arrears. Why cant FNB pay the loans from the relief account. Now I need to pay for arrears and the FNB relief loan that was not paid to m loan accounts. This is rather strange and confusing. When checking my loan accounts there were no changes since the past 3 months, instead I'm generating more interest. WHY??????
