COVID 19 relief account - worst mistake ever

I have a covid 19 relief account that paid for my products/accounts I have with the bank for the last 3 months. Now the relief period is over and I need a recon of how much the bank paid towards these accounts. I just really want clarity and I am not getting it with any of your consultants and now I am spending money and time with the back and forth and my issue is still not resolved. My problem is that I am expected to settle the account as quoted, but my account statements dont show that the bank paid the quoted amount throughout this period. The installments flactuated with the interest rate. I thought at the end of the 3 months period the account would be reconciled, but it doesn't seem that way. Ultimately I know I have no choice but to pay up. But can somebody just email me a comprehensive statement, because what is on the app shows no details. I want to see what I am paying back reflected as payments to my accounts.
