COVID-19 Relief

I app**** for the COVID-19 cashflow relief which got approved. However my homeloan and personal loan had been deducted already prior to approval. The relief loan interest includes those amounts debited for already. My question is when will the debit orders that went through be debited back into my account as i will be paying that back plus interest. I chatted to one of the online bankers but they did not have answers for me. PLEASE HELP
