Covid 19 loan query.

FNB is a bank I once banked with. Apparently they borrowed me R12k during covid. But I never touched the money. I never received the money into my accounts. But I owe them. I have been enquiring from them of the proof of statement of what they claim to have paid for me from that loan. This has been going on now because fnb have taken me to lawyers and my name if badly known on the outside world. I have written many emails to fnb requesting the statement of that loan which I have never see nor touched up until today I have received nothing.
