Covid-19 loan extension ****

I have a Covid-19 loan with the bank, and since extending it on 18 September, they have increased the balance of my loan, but have paid out only R1300,00 to my credit card, on which a payment of over R4000,00 was due by 4 October. The credit card division phones me daily to collect outstanding funds, and I have to inform them daily that my loan was extended. A lady at the card division gave me the number to call for the Covid-19 loans, which was completely unhelpful. I now have no money in my account for day to day living expenses and apparently no one at the bank able to explain why.
