Covid 19 Loan

I am.amazed and angry at the way FNB gives out loans due to this covid 19 my salary was reduced I looked at the offer FNB was given but then Ters UIF paid for the salary loss and I did not even provide all the proof they needed, next thing I see a covid 19 loan activated on my account, I have 2 debit orders which is paid with my own money and now I get an alert of the credit bureau's that a new loan enquiry and loan is on my account, which I have not used or permitted for please remove it from my name at your bank and credit bureau's give it to someone who need it because that loans is for people with loss of income
