Covid 19 loan

I was given a covid 19 loan without asking for one, tried cancelling it but did not succeed.

Now loan was R61000 which had a repayment of R1200 for 5 years.

It is unfortunate that my debits went off this loan and there was nothing i could do thought i tried canceling it and fnb did not action my cancelation.

Now Covid term is over is time to pay back

The calculated repayment was based on R61 000 if all funds were used, Have sent multiple requests to fnb to have them give me the breakdown as to how much was used from the R61000 as the COvid statement does not show such details.

I have sent 2 requests 3 weeks apart and nothing, not a single responds

Please tell me. How much was used from R61000 and why is the repayment amount or term was calculated from the R61 000

According to my own calculations, i did not use the entire R61000. please provide details and make the adjustments

My covid loan on the app does not show me what i need to see.

The loan granted was +-61000 and the quoted repayment was based on the figure.

I do not believe that i spent all of the allocated funds however your statement does not show what went were.

I need to see a breakdown as follows

Of the +-61000 how much was used and so far i think i have paid 2 months, was i paying against the allocated 61000 or against what i have used? From what i have used after 2 months payment what is the balance?
