Covid - 19 Home Loan relief.

Been trying to get hold of someone regarding the payment holiday at FNB not one person in the home loan department has any idea of how to handle the payment holidays. FNB look like all they are trying to do is squeeze more money out of customers and not assist them. The people in the Home loan department are absolutely useless and the management have done nothing to assist them in helping customers. They pass you from one department to the other and you get the same response from these fools. I am actually disgusted by FNB in how they have gone about this the relief and made it out to be a way to help their customers they have found a way to exploit their customer in a time of need absolute ***s!!!
