COVID 19 goverment guarenteed loan

On 16 May there was an announcement made that the COVID 19 government guarenteed loans to businesses with a turnover of less than R300 million is operational and available through the main banks. I have been watching FNB's system but nothing. Then I contacted them on their live chat system and was transferred to a business banker who told me it is not available through FNB! So what is going on? And don't phone me, email me please, I do not have cellular reception.
