COVID 19 FUND ****

I took out the covid 19 fund .It was approved after my debit orders went off out of my account .My covid fund shows a negative balance from day one .When I asked them why they say o it paid for your Loan .NOT CORRECT I paid for my loan out of my bank account .Fnb is making me pay back R851-00 for a covid fund that I did not use .I paid for the debit order out of my own money .But here is the Kicker .It has now been 2 weeks and FNB just refuse to give me back my money and insist I pay for something I did not even use
