Covid 19 ***** by FNB

Im absolutely horrified, my car is with MFC, it was done no fuss and is indeed relief ..FNB has added a loan for an amount i didnt agree too, have no idea how they got to that amount, was not given a contract nor was an affordability post 3 months checked.... Can i cancel this loan????, can i get my so called personal banker to assist... No... The goverment needs to step in here this is disgusting.
