So the Covid-19 has hurt us all in n way you can’t explain and it is nobodies fault.All bank are helping their clients but not FNB, to them it is all about money.Please FNB do research on what a payment holiday means, yes thanks you gave me the holiday just to find out that I have been given a personal loan for the 3 installments and not a holiday now my credit score will show personal loan, and I have a new installment.I asked for a 3 month payment holiday now I have a 63 month personal loan.I mean after the so called holiday I will still pay the account I app**** for installment and on top this new loan installment as well so 2 installments on 1 account.You guys really know how to ***** people.I did not apply for a personal loan but yeah now I have one.I would like this cancelled and removed as this is no relief instead it is a slap in the face to do business this way really you should be ashamed!
