Covid-19 cashflow ****!!!!!

Fnb is running a **** with this Covid-19 cash flow relief loan!! It’s really heartbreaking and frustrating that a bank of which I have been a long standing client is robbing me in this tough times I’m going through in this pandemic!!

I have been contacting fnb to rectify my issue of why they gave me a loan of R10 890 when my debit orders for three months add up to R7224 and on top of that they didn’t pay my revolving loan at the end of last month And now they trying to collect money out of my account for this covid loan without rectifying anything, I have requested many times for them to issue me a statement so I can see the exact payments made to me but they just have excuses!!

I’m utterly disgusted by this bank and the service they are offering!! I won’t be depositing any money into my fnb account until they rectify this issue!! Definitely changing banks because fnb is the worse!!!
