Covid-19 Cashflow relief is a ****

Why is FNB offering me an additional loan?! Why can my credit insurance which i have on all 3 products not be used???? This is disgusting on FNB part. You have so nany unhappy customers right now. Please review your Covid-19 cashflow relief as it is not a relief at all!!!
