Covid-19 cashflow relief

I have app**** for covid-19 cashflow relief and it was approved, yet FNB just debited the personal loan amount as well as credit card? What is the reason for this cashflow relief? Isn't it a payment break for the next three months? What's even worse is that there's no record that shows the money debited this month is/was offset against what I owe them? Where did it go to? I'm starting to loose interest in banking with FNB.
