Covid 19 cashflow

good day im not happy with Fnb they say i app**** for Covid 19 cashflow relief fund which i never apply for it as i wasn't working at that time and my app wasn't working now they take my account for collects for the loan i didn't apply for of the amount of R16803.38 i have been explaining to ever one that calls me about this account that i never apply of it
