Covid-19 cash flow relief scheme gone wrong.

After applying twice for the Covid-19 cash flow relief scheme from Fnb. Why am I getting creditors calling me and saying that my account is 4 months in arrears. Was that monies not supposed to be to service my debts? What I am slowly picking up is that the scheme is now starting to look like a ****. Meaning that monies went into someone's pocket. What makes me say this is it shows a negative balance on the banking app. I was sometime ago sent an explanation via Fnb on where the monies went but that's of little or no meaning to me. If creditors start saying my account/ s is in arrears. I am not a fool FNB.
