COVID-19 assistance!? what a joke! it's been 2 weeks of frustrations with FNB. Nothing from phoning them, calls at ridiculous times and 0 actual interest in helping your customers, after years and years of bank charges and me paying back every cent up to date, I will move to another bank at my earliest convenience! In this truly devastating time, your instition is more worried about profiteering than actually helping us!
