Covid 19 A big lie

I have am very disgusted with the so called fnb covid 19 cash relief because it's not even true i app**** and supp**** all the documents they asked after some time they responded saying they could not help because my accounts where already in areas before covid 19 in reality I paid all my accounts and they were all in order fnb re**** on they nav thing powered by compuscan not realizing it's never updated on time they should have use professional companies like transunion to do credit check the funny thing as well is the same fnb gave me 7000 on 1st of April I wonder which credit bureau did they use to give that loan only to turn around and say they can not help with covid 19 I because my accounts were in areas
