Fnb can really irritate your peace, I app**** for covid 19 for my bond and it was approved, everything loaded on my profile. Today I received an SMS saying normal installments will debited. How so if you have approved my covid 19 applications.
Your phone's are never answered too, branches are closed how exactly are we meant to liaise with you guys.
It's like we are done a favor to bank with fnb.

24 Apr 2020, 12:09Yesterday I wrote a complaint to fnb, a Getleman named Leroy Borman, called an said everything is in order.
This morning my account is debited on the same issue that we were resolving yesterday, question is what exactly where we doing yesterday.
This is really annoying and pathetic for me to chase fnb daily.
Better for me to move to another bank.
