Coved19 Cash relief.

I am a client for 25 years now. In this difficult time of coved19 we as your customers need your support for cash relief. In this instance Fnb see an opportunity to make money and not support your customers. They want us to to agree on a personal loan which is ridiculous! The loan is more than double the amount i need for assistance! I have been trying to speak to someone who can help for the last 7 days with no luck. I even went to 2 different branches, where both managers said they cant assist. Bad bad customer support.
