Court Summons NOT FOR ME left for all to see

If I could give them half a star I would. I don't bank with FNB and this is why. I received a court summons on my doorstep with my address. The person that it is attended for does not reside at that address and never has. The worst thing is that the documents was left for all to see and was not signed for how embarrassing. I send a email to the attorneys and the FNB customer care to inform them. But no reply.
