Courier situation horrible

FNB has adapted a new way of sending our cards through couriers, this is the worst thing they have put some us through, I live in the rural areas those couriers get lost trying to find me, now Im without both my cards because they are expiring soon, couriers are busy getting lost and calling after hours when Im really out of reach, FNB used to send us sms so we and just go and retrieve our cards to our nearest branches, I just want my cards to be on my nearest branch so I can get them immediately
