*********** courier drivers ruining my relationship with FNB

Honestly I wish you would move away from CCD couriers. They have come to my house five times after I have instructed these *****s five times to deliver to the branch. How are they so stupid? How do you allow this level of incompetence to deal with your clients. Take. My. Cards. To. The branch. Like this is honestly not rocket science. I am about to use some very harsh words on these drivers if they continue pitching up. I need my cards but you employ imbeciles who cannot follow instructions. Pathetic.
