Couldn't get assisted

My mother is extremely ill and we needed to replace her lost card. I explained that she cannot walk so they came to assist at the car. After discovering that her account has been blocked they told me they cannot assist except if she comes into the branch. She has been admitted in hospital meaning I won't get assisted. And we need to access her account. I am both disappointed and very hurt at how they treat people in unfortunate conditions.
