Could FNB be de*****ing clients

How can we help you make your life more difficult? Could FNB be de*****ing clients. After Covid and not being able to pay for home loan for around 4 months, my current installments continue to rise. As I battle to get back on my feet, they just couldn't care. I keep asking for my statement since inception and they want to charge me for that too...however they have never send me statements. Banks are not here to help you unless you are wealthy...so very disappointing.
