Could block debit orders in my account and cant reverse either

i have blocked a few debit orders on my account to avoid reversing them and now it was not loaded on my account and now the debits went off(27/10/2019) and when i called to reverse they saying the can not see them on their system and i should go to branch, i went on the 30/10/2019 and i was not assisted and was told the very same story and on my statement those debit orders are appearing and they can't assist at the branch(rosebank mall) and it went off the salary and now i am planning to change Banks cause clearly my salary is not safe with debits which are blocked debiting my account. closing my accounts with them i am so done with such service
