Costomer Service

I am so disappointed with the service I have received from FNB.

They have a secure chat but no one is able to assist you with your query and when you call the call centres you get transferred from one department to the other and ever cannot assist.

I have called them more than 5 times today and spoke with an agent who said hold on and I hold for an hour with no one coming back on the line to assist you.

So disappointed!!!

Now I will change my account due to the worst service.
