Costly Private Suite - Zero benefits
Please could you detail what the R420 monthly fee is for. There are actually no benefits. The secure chat is just a call queue that keeps getting rerouted. I just paid R250 for a Slow Lounge pass. I have to spend to earn ebucks with partners. So exactly what is the expensive monthly charges for???? Seriously considering changing banks after I moving my home loan to someone that listens to their clients.
