Costing you money FNB

Wow I have never fealt worth any less in my life. These call centres have NO clue!

I have been transferred from CC to 3D *** ever then after holding on for more than an hour before they dropped my call after 45 min they answered and transferred my to 3d again just to be transferred to CC again. Talking to Shaun Ku... asking to speak to a manager he refuses and transfers my call again. All rhe while trying secure chat to get any sort of service.

Here I get told sorry we cant help u as its *****, but while holding I keep getting told to drop the call for faster service with secure chat. Just entre the ***** ref code.

I really dont think my money is good enough. How legal is it for them to flag my account and block all my calls.

I am a contractor and lost awhole day of production after 3 hours on the line with no resolution
