Cost for a summary of a homeloan: R850 if FNB, Free if ABSA

I sold my house during the last financial year. The day of the registration the home loan was cancelled and I have got no access to the home loan. I asked FNB to please provide me with a summary of the loan. I received the last statement for 2018. I asked again for a summary. I received a statement for 2017. I copied a summary done by their home calculator to indicate what a summary is. After 4 working days (promised feedback within 48 hours) I was informed that the cost of the summary is R850!!!!! I just need the total amount paid ... This same information FNB will provide to SARS - wonder if SARS also needs to pay R850 for FNB to click the mouse button twice?? Strange that ABSA could provide this information to my sister free of charge??
