-The lines are too long and there is a shortage of stuff members. -The the service I always interrupt due network failure and as a result client/customers are chased away due to lack of network coverage or system being online. - the service is poor as it took me a month or two to collect my card due the the system being offline. - Ventilation is not properly working and it's too congested in the bank. - The waiting period is ridiculous due to the shortage of stuff members.
