fnb bank is *****s, ********, my application was approved, got told my card will be ready for collection in 4days, its been almost 2weeks and no cards, i waste over r300 airtime through this bank, and they just give excuse after excuse, 2clients closed their accounts in the branche today. because of there service and rude consultants.

26 Apr 2018, 16:07yes a guy called heard me out SAID HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME BACK BY 2PM AND STILL NO SERVICE!!!!!! I HAVE SIGNED CONTRACT AND SENT IT BACK, ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW AND MY CARD HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!! SEEMS HAVE TO GET MY LAWYERS IN AS NOW NOONE KNOWS HOW TO DO THERE JOBS

26 Apr 2018, 16:20your excuses have gone to far and have just *****es over yourselfs. ****s, false pretests, *****ing clients money which my airtime has still not been refuneded, ************** by fnb staff, i have spoken to lawyers and my lawyer is getting involved i signed for my card was guaranteed it to be delivered long ago, and due to having a signed contract fnb staff have dug fnb biggest hole. so i want my card, i want my increase on my card and if it cant be delivered tomorrow at my branche then have the branche provide me with a temp card till it arrives

30 Apr 2018, 23:20i have not recieved any call backs from nandi khumalo your consultant and now you guys take credit card off my app because you guys cant do your jobs, and because you know you in the wrong and after it has been approved, guarenteed delivery to my branche and after i have sent all documentation. please note i have copies of the call and yet my card has not been delivered, i have the contract signed and sent off so if my card is not delivered asap i will take fnb to the cleaners as the contract and recoreded calls have are proof and officially dug a hole for yourselfs
