Correction on Mr Mathonsi Robert rating

Subject: Correction of Rating for Mr Mathonsi Robert(fnb branch in Tzaneen)

Dear FNB Team,

I would like to sincerely apologise for the rating I gave to Mr Mathonsi Robert. I mistakenly rated him 3, and I would like to clarify that this was an error on my part.

Mr Mathonsi assisted me very professionally and was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain different financial products to me, including funeral cover, trusts, consolidation loans, and many other services. I really appreciated his patience, knowledge and willingness to assist me.

I was very concerned when I received a call informing me that my rating had resulted in Mr Mathonsi receiving a warning. I would therefore like to formally confirm that this was not my intention at all.

Mr Mathonsi is a very good person, he knows his work very well, and I was satisfied with the service he provided. If I could correct my rating, I would give him 10 out of 10.

Kindly consider this message as confirmation that my original rating of 3 was made by mistake and does not reflect the excellent service I received from Mr Mathonsi.
