FNB:-)Thanks for visiting our FNB Branch. How would you rate the service that the staff member provided? Reply 1.Excellent 2.Average 3.Poor. Std rates apply. This was a text a got to rate the guy (Moclaren Morema from FNB main street)who was assisting me with my card problem which I accidentally selected 3 ,where else the guy was friendly, with a good service and respect . I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience I had caused to his standard or working I'm dearly sorry His service was 1.Excellent
