Correct paid up letter, clear my name in credit bureau and all the default letters and email or all the attempt you did before handing my account over to legals. I want enough proof

On the 27 November 2020 I lodged a complaint with FNB Bank but nothing is happening. Am unhappy about everything, yes the did send me the paid up letters but they were in correct and spiteful. They've promised to remove my name from the credit bureau even today they haven't.

They can't provide me of the default letters they claim they sent to me before handing my account over, just to get clarity that my account were treated fairly. I don't need a call from any of thier consulted because they are not professional, they promise you something and they do the opposite.

FNB Bank must just email me the correct paid up letters, and clear my credit score then send me all the default letters they sent me since 2013 till 2015 when the decided to hand me over. I want proof they treated me fairly before I take the legal route. They must just wait for my lawsuit patiently I know my rights now.

I want proof of all the efforts they did before handing me over, and the proof of the person who signed for all the default letters. I hope I made myself clear thanks
