Correct and Refund - Duplicate transaction

I bought coffee from OR Tambo at Vida Ortia for R113. 00 - on the 13 March 2022 and i used my dwbt card, the payment was deducted from my then available funds of R2000, this transaction then shown a pending status. On the 17th March 2022 - R800 was deposited on my account - then this transaction was deducted again reducing my available amount to R 600 and some sort. I called in to query this error and was transferred to three consultants before I was sent to Andile in the premium banking division. Andike didn't even want to take time to understand the base of this error, she's insisting that, this transaction was in a pending status and it only got bank now. My question is, why the other transactions that I made on the 13th March didn't go off my account again?????? This transaction it got paid twice, why is Andile failing to look at the account and have a clear understanding. When transactions are made, the payment gets removed from the day to day - and it will be paid over whenever. In this case, it went off twice - on the 13th and today
