COR 14.3 Form
I registred my company through FNB and a banking account with them but they send me incomplete documents and i closed the account about a year ago. I am missing the COR 14.3 form from the documents that they send me as i want to open a new account with them and now they are the ones asking for the COR 14.3 which they didn't sens to me its been two weeks trying to find those documents even if you go to the CIPC website you can't find the forms anywhere. I need to get this sorted as i need to open this bank account as soon as possible as i am losing business for the mistake that was done by them .
