CONVINCE ME TO STAY, CAUSE I DONT SEE A REASON

I need some convincing to stay with FNB - please convince me! I used to rave about fnb and the perks and the service, but feel like other banks serve me better.

1. Ebucks - your new rules suck. There is no way that I can get to level 5. E.g. you want me to switch my insurance, but Dotsure is cheaper and offers me more. At least be competitive! I pay all my extra money off on my house loans instead of having savings, as that saves me more than what you interest rates can offer!

2. You want me to move to Private client, but you dont offer me anything that I need by paying you almost double every month. Why would I change? To be CONSIDERED not guaranteed a better home loan rate? To have a banker at my disposable but I only have "good debt"

3. You app is ALWAYS 7 to 9 days behind on true reflection. I actually went into my overdraft for the 1st time in years, just because I never know how much money I have in my account! My 2 home loans only updates 9 days later. Currently my expected payments says, that I'm R21 000 in the red, but I have over R3000 in my account (if that is even true) yet I only have 1 payment that will go off tomorrow of less than R700. How am I supposed to keep track?!

4. Your ebucks perks are less and not even really available in my area unless I travel. Starbucks came down to only R50. What perks do you really offer me personally? Im willing to take up connect, but currently pay like R130 and why would I pay over R300 with FNB? Honestly?!

I've always liked FNB, I liked the app, I liked the ebucks, I liked the perks, I liked the travel deals, the lounge, but even that didn't give me reason to stay. Because of my level I didnt get great discounts. Your fnb lounge in Durban was nothing glamorous and I wasn't allowed in, in the east london lounge on my way back. I REALLY NEED A REASON TO STAY! FNB IS DROPPING THE BALL! And at its not just me... at my work there were 11 people on 1 tea break complaining about multiple issues.
