Convid 19 Relieve loan very Poor experience I've faced

have a query with covid 19 debt relief I' received loan amount on my account on the 15 may 2020 and all of a sudden using the loan.. I received my transactional account is not on the covid 19 debt relief account but rather it appears as overdrawn on my account . This is not acceptable the covid 19 account said that I'll be paying R887 per month over the period of 36 months, but the the whole loan amount is overdrawn of which means I can't receive any funds. please fix this, clear the overdraft on my account cause I didn't apply for it And on top of that on this account am receiving child support Money for my kids..when I go to the brunch today Consultant couldn't help she said there is nothing she can do

I've been using fnb account and I've been very loyal even the grant money for kids it appears in this account so am a bit worried on how will I get it this month as my cheque acc its undue -30 000

It needs be fixed b4 I leave and go to another bank
