Conveniently unable to claim
With banking FNB will get 100%, but with short term insurance they will get 0%.
I've been with the FNB Short term insurance since Feb 2021, this is the first time I'm claiming. I've been struggling to claim since July 2022. It's only a microwave, that has been damaged by Loadshedding (all the other appliances came back on, except the microwave). As per Siboniso Dennis Shabangu, I had to find a technician to write a report, which I did, and I called Siboniso to follow-up if he received, and yes he did. Then he told me that FNB also wants to send a Technician to come and have a look, well 3 Technicians came to my house Saturday 10 September at 08:00. According the technician, the microwave is doing as the report stated, from the technician's report I got. This morning I did a follow-up yet again with Siboniso (it shows a habit of poor customer service), he said, that just this morning he received a report, that something was removed from the microwave, how convenient. I did exactly what he requested of me, and now conveniently there is an issue. Conveniently the debit order goes through without an issue, every month, and now that I want to claim, conveniently there is an issue.
