Convenient ***** and theft.

Good day,

I have several huge complaints with FNB business banking. I have never experienced a pathetic banking service like this.

1. When you make POS purchases with your FNB Gold Cheque account, the money is reserved and therefore not available in your account anymore. In one day on the 18th of March i made puchases from about 5 different suppliers/shops. And the funds was reserved for those purchases.

2. On the 24th of March my account is suddenly in a minus (hence, no overdraft facility) and i called the call center to enquire about this. The account went into a minus because FNB had proccessed their rediculous monthly transaction fees and service fees and on top of that, the merchats "banked" their pos machines thus putting my account in a minus.

3. Conveniently all the merchants for the purchases i made on the 18th (5 different merchants, suppliers, shops) banked their machines on the 24th, and i was ver impolitlety told by the call center operater at business banking that they have no control over the merchants and when they bank their pos machines.

4. How stupid must FNB think their clients are? Coincidently all 5 merchant where i shopped on the 18th of March banked their pos machines on the 24th. Further more to this the 4 transactions that was now claimed to put my account in access accured R150 per transaction in penalty charges (Hnce the funds was reserved for thos purchases by FNB) - So how is this possible.

5. The "penalty fees" of more than R600 caused my account to be in access, but the issue here is, that if FNB reserves the funds on my account for POS purchaes, then why are thos transactions in access and what happened to my balance which was taken to reserve those funds.

How is it possible for purchases made ion the 18th of March to only be settles on 24th of March? And all those merchants, suppliers and shops conveniently banks their POS machines on the eaxct same day. What kind of **** is that? *****ing peoples money like that with ******* transaction fees?

Cash depost fee - R 40? What is that, are you insane?

Declines Transaction fees of R 8.50 while those transaction did go through and the funds was available in my account (Hence the 5 transactions on 18th of March) so how does this work? You add transaction charges to my account which is invalid. So i want a full audit on my bank account and i want know where my money went to, how many clients do you ******* like this? Is there any other FNB clients with the same issues as i have - comment it below so we can take this matter further. FNB ********!
