Contributors to poverty

I had a loan with FNB , and the loan account was handed over to Groenewald Lubbe attorney due bad payment . It come as a surprised when DirectAxis ( business unit of First Rand Bank ) sent me a card saying that I qualify for R150 000 and I thought it was a **** because I app**** for a cellphone ( R380.00 - monthly installment ) at Vodacom and MTN two month before I got the DirectAxis offer and my application was unsuccessful because of my credit status ( and FNB loan was one of them ) I went to Capitec to apply for a credit card and my application was also denied . I then took the opportunity and responded to the offer and they gave me R110 000 , I wanted the money but the question still remain that how did they do it if all institution went through my profile ( credit check ) and denied me the offer. How ????
