Contravention of POPI Act!!! Unprofessional Bullies!!!

Wow FNB firstly I am not even dissapointed because of the amount of bad reviews that you have and you not doing anything about this bad service. FNB is a Bully company that does not have the decency to respect their clients. My bank statements has been sent to a person's postal address with all my personal information my bank account my personal salary figures. FNB has contravened the POPI act by doing this I was once a victim of ***** and now this whereas I have confirmed, I will only receive emails from my bank statements and transfers amount to my email address. Making me hear on social media that a person has received my information and opened it is not professional. This bank is a bunch of bullies I'm so ****en angry and upset do they even practice Treating Customers Fairly??? I will definitely be sueing this time around even if I need to place this on a social media platform such as the Sowetan I will make sure this negligence is exposed!!!!
