Contract term that keeps on changing

Good day,<br> <br> I will like to find out where i can lodge a complaint about FNB personal loan, i have been complaining about their contract term that keeps on changing, initially i have signed a 3 years contract with them and once i was about to reach the end of the contract i called them and i was told that my contract term was 4 years which i didnt agree with as both my self and fnb do not have the copy of the contract. but eventually i agreed now again when i give them a call i am told that my loan is term is now 56 months. R60 000 loan that i pay 2800 every month.<br> <br> This is really unacceptable. I have tried to talk to fnb but they are not helping.<br> <br> Can anyone kindly advice
